Licensing Requirements

 

To ensure the highest quality of legal compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, our recruiting unit is licensed in both Japan and the candidate’s country of residence at the time of hiring. We can only recruit candidates residing in countries where we are licensed.

 

Please note that eligibility is determined by residency, not nationality. We assess all candidates based on their qualifications, motivation, and personality, and not by their national origin or ethnicity.

United States of America: In the USA, we no longer conduct in-person seminars. Our recruitment representatives are available online. Native-level English speakers across the USA are encouraged to apply. Please see our requirements page for more information.


Canada:
Canadian applicants are encouraged to apply online on our site and will be serviced by our office in the US.


Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados:
Recruitment in the Caribbean is handled by our partner ILDS Jamaica. Please contact them through their website.

United Kingdom, European Union, African countries

United Kingdom: All recruitment activities for the United Kingdom are handled by our UK office.

 

EU countries: All recruitment activities for Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden are handled online by our UK office. Native-level English speakers in these countries are encouraged to apply. Please see our requirements page for more information.
