- ✅ Is the camera angled straight on, framing you from the waist up?

- ✅ Are you standing up and incorporating movement during the video?
- ✅ Are your arms uncrossed and your hands out of your pockets?
- ✅ Did you use an open palm to point instead of your index finger?
Task-Specific Requirements
- ✅ Task 1 (Self-Intro): If you used Japanese, did you speak naturally instead of reading from a script?
- ✅ Task 2 (Diction): Did you read the passage from a printed piece of paper rather than a phone or tablet?
- ✅ Task 3 & 4 (Teaching): Did you use only English for these teaching tasks?
- ✅ Task 4 (Language Activity): Are your visual materials taped to a wall or board so your hands are free?
Ensuring that these points are correct will reduce your chances of being asked to retake your demo video and increase the overall quality of your video.
