Link Interac Inc. Announces National Integration
Link Interac Inc., Japan’s leading private provider of Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs), is pleased to announce a strategic consolidation of its regional, five-company operations into a single, unified national entity, effective July 1, 2026.
Why “One Interac”? As the educational landscape in Japan evolves, Link Interac is proactively strengthening our foundations to continue to provide unparalleled service to both our school partners and our instructors.
The merger of our separate regional companies will put Link Interac in the best position to continue meeting changing school needs. Through the merger, we can harness Interac’s extensive knowledge and expertise. By pooling this and sharing best practices from across all regions, we will be able to adapt quickly, offering an even higher quality and range of services, be they in ALT lessons, IT support in the classroom, teacher training, local educational initiatives, and more.
We are looking ahead to continued success. Over the past 3 years, our organization has grown by over 200 instructors each year, bringing our total instructor count to over 3,400 ALTs. Adopting a “One Team” mindset will position the company to continue to lead, continue to grow, and continue doing our part to help to shape the future of Japanese education.
